Since the 2hrs turned to 1hrs, these augments' effects were halved, exactly. 2/3/1/1 augments would be -3.5 minutes, for 41.5 minute cooldown on 1hrs. I have tested this extensively.
@Yandaime Each piece of equipment has a maximimum quality of evolith it can hold.
And it is different for each set. For my COR's WC set I have -2 on head,
-1 on legs and hands,
and I'm working on a -3 on body.
Also the potency of these augments were meant for when SPs were 1 hour, so they are actually operating at reduced capacity now days.
I think my WC recast set of 2/3/1/1 caps at ~40 minutes cooldown, a whole 5 minutes saved. Which might be good for long content, but I'd say most jobs shouldn't bother.
