Every time "The Far East" was mentioned in a cutscene, I wished to visit it one day. That wish has come true as part of the beautifully metaphoric "Rhapsodies of Vana'diel". And holy schnikes is Reisenjima a crazy island.

Unfortunately we've only seen the smallest part of the Far East which is a desert island. They haven't shown us the Sahjattra Empire and the Yagudo Shogunate.

Well sure, at one point I held out hope for a full expansion based in the area - and there are several other noted regions we'll never see - but I'll take what I can get!
