I like to add that Burtgangs aren't required, but the Ochain and Aegis helps a lot for PLD. If the mithra summons the mandy, the mandy can do a lot of magic damage if you don't switch to the aegis while holding mobs. Ochain comes in handy holding and tanking mobs and can block Amon drive from the taru. DM VD is actually easier than AA VD due to the fact you have more people fight one mob at a time. A group can also just kill one 2-3 NMs just to farm the DM drops. The order we kill it in is Elvaan, Galka, Hume, Taru, then Mithra. For the mithra, just pop Fealty at 50% and the rngs should take it down fast enough for Charm to trigger and miss. Switch to Aegis below 25% to minimize Cloudsplitter dmg.

Don't get discourage people. The actual hardest part is getting everyone clears and 30 merits/KI ready each time. Organization is the key and having multiple geared jobs to give more options. Good luck!
