I bought it for less than $150 (with the keyboard) for my wife to surf the net and and small stuff. I loaded FFXI on it to see what it can do (which obviously, was not much).

It is crappy, but it is cheap and functional.

@Squishytaru

Are you serious? iPad?

I'd buy a crap tablet over an iPad 4.. something about the closed app ecosystem and the other countless things that make it terrible.

In all seriousness, can someone reference a tablet where FFXI is more functional? I'm sure it will run well on a Surface Pro, but maybe something < $1000? (Also, the Surface Pro is REALLY big/heavy for a tablet. It's going through some kind of tablet/laptop identity crisis.

+1 to squishy, waste of $150. I'd be interested to see if it runs worth playing on a Surface Pro.
