So far, the best return I've seen with the WS has been 1042 MP recovered, I had 300% TP when I used it (was fighting an NM, opened a ISL chest before fight, used up all my MP, then used the WS). Average return with 100% is still 450 or so, so I'm pretty happy with it. Dunno when I'll get it to 90 though, the Azdaja Horns aren't going to be fun.

Congrats!! It is a nice weapon. The Azdaja horns won't be too hard to get. We were worried about those too when working on Ochain for my bf but was able to low man him fairly easily pulling him down the hill away from the skeletons. Nonetheless enjoy your weapon and build it up if/when you see fit. Games are supposed to be fun and part of that fun is goofing off with friends while trying to reach your goals. Congrats again!
