@Itchi poidh. I barely made it over 10k on Galka 99 with perfect or close to perfect HP gear.

Food +gear makes it possible to break 10k. Do it W/o a brew.... 85 cap hume i have hit 9,899 on mnk. I havnt tryed it since then im sure now a galka can get close to 10.5+
