Such a a tease, been trying for months now, would think HQ had a higher snapshot Max but after 250 some odd attempts I'm beginning to think +5 is a myth only have managed +4 twice so far.

These are really only useful as a precast piece, i.e. marksmanship augment is irrelevant. Go for the highest snapshot you can get and call it good.

That was about the 20th tatter I used on those. First one that I had high of Snapshot and Marksmanship skill of +6. Had a few +2 and +4's. But never all those at once. Thanks to Sithel for making them!
