Situation - Their alliance popped and was fighting, our party popped ours, we killed ours, they were still fighting and wiping. It had gone white a couple of times, so when everyone was again dead, it was voked. One of our members had to kite the dragua he had popped while we killed theirs, so no we were not just sitting there waiting for it to go unclaimed. They could've called him a **** and let it go, but no, they spammed for about 15 minutes or so.

Just because an NM is white doesn't always mean they wiped. People have apoc and RR up and can easily reclaim their NM. Stealing peoples NMs for a nontrue wipe is a real *** hole move. If it's apparent they are just zombie'ing an NM (Auto RRing over and over and reclaiming and keep dying) then you can take it from them... They are being the dumb *** at that point.

endless apoc rr is the issue, which causes this yellow is fair game vs. we weren't all dead fight.... w/o apoc the dead people would remain dead,the NM would turn to yellow and the peeps wouldn't be unable to continue the fight....

2nd thought: We don't know what happened here, but that goes back to thought 1. For people with class; wipe is fair game. Before, during and after Abyssea.
