I had over 50,000 minutes and that was still happening to me. Just a glitch se has been aware of for sometime but has yet to do anything to fix it.

not true about HP dropping, it does drop.

Because the buffs themselves have a timer and wear off, but are then immediately re-applied, to the point where your HP doesn't even drop.
