Got this a few weeks ago :) Obtained by grinding 20,000 EXP in Dynamis Xarcbard or Tavnazia. Trial obtained from Magian Moogle after upgrading to AA+2.

The enhanced effect gives you 10 extra seconds to Perfect Dodge, the hands can be unequipped after usage of PD.
