Would you really carry that around tho in your inventory for the -5% only? Also w/o a proper build of other -Interrupt pieces, Im not sure itd help u much in the long run.
Pop it back in the furnace see what else comes out.

I have a decent interupt set actually, so this, combined with the pdt and vit and hp and chr, make it a solid mid-cast piece for any spell longer than flash lol
