Blade Kami lowers the enemy accuracy. You'd think it'd be worthless but its actually quite noticeable sometimes.

I was still using Kamome and Perdu at the time this screenshot was taken and was soloing Athamas with gimp EVA skill(had just hit 90). Two Sekka+2 later and I'm rocking AGI+18 EVA+40 so Blade: Kamu only gets used when keeping shadows up becomes an issue(never).
