Thank you, I appreciate the compliments! I've never really thought much about my own art, but I gave my own, and friends characters a shot. I like how it came out.

As for the armor, it's a hauby, I was satisfied how the color came out, but it seems it's easily mistaken for a byrnie. As for the G Katana, this picture is actually over a year old, a private picture shared amongst my LS, so I used the weapon which I liked the look of. In reality, My Samurai is 90 and still using the blasted Hagun.
