But as a stranger-friend, Witchstone is 200% as effective as Phantom Tathlum :)

Not a made up number, INT+2 Roughly~ 1MAB, 1MAB then Roughly equals ~4 INT.

So In closing Witchstone is 2x as good as Phantom :)

First of all Ragni never was in big LS that will get him Novio (we will try to get it duo+mule hopefuly. Most thing he got was in Salvage LS we created or duo in abyssea so all haters can f**k off. Witchstone is so marginal improvement (if any) that its probably lost of inventory space and for sure should be last thing to buy and Ragni actually has SAM with Masamune and working on Ukonvasra for freshly made WAR so he has more needed items to buy first.

Ragearo - Perle war with perdu and blm with pro teal and zenith mitts! oh wait you even have +1 head!
