I didn't post this to rub it in anyones faces or anything like that, it was just to show how easy it is to get these. It drops from a Dahak NM called Kur in Uleguerand, amongst the raptors by conflux 6. It's a really easy fight (soloed it down to 60% trying to D3) and the drop rate is decent even without blue !!.

Rangers, go get your new toy!
