i was able to solo 90MNK/DNC fulltime counterstance using Stout Arm and Harvester.. i dont have good atmas i dont play often anymore.. but its possible use violent flourish to stun Banishga/Para if you can

How did you manage to do that with constant slow, Banishga III, Paralyzega o-o?

I've been thinking about finishing my seals, he drops the 2 i need... I was going to do it on BST...

But if MNK can do it.

I assume 2 Defensive atmas (Probably a Regen+20 one) and 1 Offensive (RR for Kill speed)?

Yeah, skip the /NIN, go /DNC. I actually soloed this several times in a night with excess time.

Should be able to full-time counterstance, I used RR and GH, keep up on steps, I used Stutter to improve stun rate on Violent Flourish.

Didn't have to WS, just reserved TP for waltz spam. Stun any spells you're quick enough to, the recast will be up before he'll cast another.

I'd say keep temps as a just in case, I did use one or two, each fight, but they were more for security than an absolute need.

Each fight takes ~6mins or less, can speed through it much more easily with Hundred Fists without any additional risk.
