He's lying because blue instantly means dorps?

1/1 Goetia Chain SMN solo, no blue. 1/35 Serpentes Sabots... 30ish blue, drops with no blue.

Blue is a lie.

My friend's LS is 1/18 with Blue. My vote goes to unlucky.

I was there for most those kills, I have TH6, I always got level 8 or higher on the NM, and we still went around 0/5? before we saw the first belt drop, all with Blue "!!".

Blue + THF is not "Almost 100%", Its probably a lot closer to 50~70% depending on the mob and the drop.

Blue is just as fickle as TH in some cases.

The other day we killed Turul 11 Times, procing blue on 6/11 and only got 1 Loki's Kaftan the entire time.

I can't vouche for 1/19, But i can vouce for at least 9 kills that were blue triggered where it rained jaserans and not Belts.

I agree with Striker's comment (which for some reason is being rated down). Landing a "!!" more than once on an enemy noticably lowers the effect of increased drops in my experience. When Green/Yellow on a NM is "dispel" we can almost guarentee seal/+2 item drops will be awful.

we went 7/7 with blue proc.
Blue + thf = almost 100% on it
