	First this doesn't give anywhere near 15% macc. Second my rdm has capped hit rate /nin on most things I nuke without using skill gear. The skill on this is pretty much wasted unless there is some crazy new HNM out there that I haven't heard of. Much rather use my demon helm+1 with 2mab on it. Still the almost fast cast on it aint half bad. And 8int is nice for those without epic augments 2010-10-07 00:16:01
