Naveyah, it's called "artistic license". Doesn't have to be "proper" gear if it looks good.

It's in full Usukane because full Usukane is forever, full Usukane will always be a "set" no matter what. If I did it in my current weapon skill gear, then a new piece of gear would come out and then the painting would be out of date.
