I've leveled a job from 75-80, capped it's buffer and got 10 merits in one Abyssea PT. Took a while though, but I guess you were doing it wrong Mirel.

Actually, I started at 10k into 79, and ended up with capped XP and the capped merits you see above. I only had about 1800 Limit points going in, as well, since I hadn't gone meriting in a while.
