Level sync gear for level 28 maybe? But this is a level 50+ zone, the mobs were EP to a 75, why the hell would she gimp her gear that far if she's able to afford Pluto's, penitent's rope, Just doesn't add up atleast get gear for 45+ if you're going to sync... And why would she be level sync and sleep II "testing" back and forth at 45-58 (the other person was 58) unless her jerb is majorly gimped I see no reason for it.
