Weakens Def.+10 implies "10% Proc rate on Defense Down", Minus Resists from say an Wind monster.

So +10 like the fay weapons for Add effect: Status- is Proc rate not potency!

Finally completed this. The weakens defense+10 is nice.

How often does the additional Effect activate? Does it vary with monster level?

If the answer is 30%~ and No (respectively) Then this weapon line is far greater than either the Max DMG or the Attack/STR bonuses.

Something to note about this path:
The additional effect doesn't seem to stack with Angon, i.e.; if the effect is active and you use Angon, it will "have no effect". Unsure whether it will overwrite if proc occurs while Angon is active, if it will be unable to proc through the duration of Angon, how much this weapon's effect does (read: if that matters), etc.
