His MND is indeed 100% Correct(Base) Elvaan Whm/Blm at 69 has 71 MND,
The HP is also factual because he would have 1033 and -25 from Astral Earring, giving him 1018.
The waist is a Forest Stone due to him having Dex-5

Well All of the stat+(besides MND) and stat- are accounted for, Base MP would be 526 and I see +142(40 +30 +25 +10 +17 +20) which is 668, but the back could be an Empowering Mantle +1, which would account for that last MP+15, BUT it has HP+ and MP HP +1% which would throw everything off, so It could be an Empowering +1, and you really have 11 Tathlums and then 5 and 6 are you MP and HP being shopped back, but I think it is

6. Mp Shop(That missing 15 just bugs me)
If there is an explanation for the 15Mp then it is most definitely the 11 Tathlums though.
