Definitely a nice looking sword, but its stats are a bit weak to my taste. Compared to Perdu Hanger it has 15 less attack (4 less during weapon skills), 5 less accuracy (which also contributes to physical blue magic accuracy), slightly higher base damage (at the cost of higher delay). The only redeeming stat it has is the critical hit rate for Vorpal Blade. But as BLU accumulates TP at a slower rate than most other jobs (due to spellcasting and no multi-hit weapons) the slight bonus to Vorpal Blade won't be worth as much. Still makes for a great town gear sword, along with a Hofud lol.
