movement speed for sure since herald's gaiters are the only movement speed for blm atm,so this is a nice alternative for solo nuke kite.not sure about the second stat: haste - dmg reduction or mp+enmity reduction

As for Bokey, please ignore his ignorant comment about the correlation between MAB and INT. Go read up on Magic Accuracy because stacking MAB thinking it'll give you INT is just... incorrect.

Good pair of "cheap" wlegs for rdm, but also good for tanking/solo rdm. Good for brd pulling for merits. Not super uber but id still like to have these

Might i add lol Thegiftedmonkey please pay attention to what i was trying to explain instead of being quite ignorant urself. INT is said to improve magic accuracy. How much, I'm not really sure. I would imagine INT+2 = m.acc+1 like most other stats, but m.acc is fairly hazy to begin with. Also, MAB+1 is roughly equal to INT+2, but that's more of a relationship of how magic damage is calculated, rather than a INT+2 => MAB+1 rule.
