Decided to get on the guard skill up wagon and this is what Martial Master had to offer me. It went on like that for about 2-3 hours until it started slowing down around 175.

This is how I leveled parry also. Fighting monk type mobs are great for this purpose. To cap, I suggest Yagudo Sentinel's in past areas.
