Ive had this quite a few times over the 5-6 yrs i have played. It is normally due to lag, happens in nation cities also, and u can actually do everything those options give :D pitty the moogle dissapears so fast usually :/

I love this glitch - it's awesome. I only ever see him in Lower Jeuno though, no other zones.
