	Actually Dyoko, I believe that's a true Augment. I've seen several things stat boost that are normally shown with percent signs, However, when augmented the additional effect is shown as a number that it's increased by. In this case "+3" excluding the percent sign. That's why you see Haguns with "Resist Silence +1" and not +1% 2009-10-16 06:33:49
