When you say not to NPC FoV aug items because they will be bazaarable soon could you cite the source you got this info from?

Because if you're referring to the preliminary version update notes announced on 9/24 regarding the new item system; that's all hearsay and speculation. We don't know what that will be until s-e gives more details so "assuming" that's what they mean is probably a bad idea.
