I remember on my first char when I was a wee BLM, the first question when the party started was "MB what?" And then the others would choose their weaponskills and BAM! ^^ Now it's just nuke, nuke, nuke, nuke, nuke, nuke. Did I mention? Nuke.

playing as a team back then was definatley more fun, keeping your tp synced and all thats a real pty. now its lets see how fst we can smash it *spamspamspam* haha im leet my ws does more!

Maybe it would put things in a little better perspective to know that I was level 73 at the time with zero merits and a severely lacking gaxe skill.

That was (again, at the time) the second-highest RR I had ever seen and it was on a campaign NM to boot.

This was a personal accomplishment, and anyone that has to bash that like it's nothing new (not like the game has been around for 7 years or anything) has a tiny inverted penis. You know who you are. Kindly f*ck off.

that particular NM takes double/tripple dmg after his warmachine is destroyed. Usuaully dies within 50 seconds if there are more than 30 people wacking on him.

true, i have done 2k damage with kasha, on jagibod, and on qutrubs i have done 2.5k kasha with 5k light, my friends were amazed, and so was i, but at the time i had barely any merits, go go gimped sam at the time, iwonder what a fully merited sam can do now lol

Aye, it has to have like, negative defense or something weird like Qutrubs have for a level 2 SC to do 1.5 x the damage of the ws. Usually a level 2 is limited to 75% of the damage of the closing weapon skill, unless it has more than two parts. My best SC was something like 500 expiacion > 4.5k Vertical Cleave > 9k darkness, sadly not something I can pull off on normal mobs or bosses.

Nothing impressive. That thing is extremely low defense. It's easy to get those numbers on him.
