This isn't perfect gear for a 55 BLM. Level Sync lets me cheat and get +1 from the strap. Justaucorps +1 can be replaced by the 55 Cobra body (+2 INT). If I had the 50 Hume belt, that would be an extra +1 INT and the lv50 Sly Gauntets would give an additional +2. Using RDM sub would give an additional +2 INT. Getting a one shot on Quake is entirely doable for Humes and Tarus if you have Terra's staff (wiki claims the high end bats have 1032hp, which sounds about right).

No need to wait for 56 and Burst with a Jupiter's staff.
