Because it was 60.1 apparently. Only 40 levels of skill are allowed above 60 between all the crafts. Once one reaches 100, all others can't go above 60.0 (except fishing.)

yup so you can have 4 @ 70, 2 @ 80 or 1 @ 100. This happens quite regularraly since different crafts require different sub crafts, if the person was crafting something that uses a sub wood working, then it might of leveled wood working a little over 60, even tho eventually it'll just delevel.

Ty :D Also, as i was Craftsman on Woodworking, once you hit 60 back, it stands as Craftsman and not Journeyman capped to 60 and blue colored. To fix this, i had to talk to a npc in the Clothcraft guild to revoke my woodworking status :D
