I've come to the conclusion that SE doesn't care about RMT activity anymore. [GM] calls are worthless and the Special Task Force isn't any better. I see people doing all kinds of illegal activity (and report it), SE just doesn't care. Their efforts are focused on the disaster that is FFXIV.
