In my opinion the best place to farm these is Tahrongy Canyon around (I-8).
Thats because you can farm Beehive Chips, Honey, Saruta Cotton AND Silk Threads there... its my favourite spot ^^"

Stacks of cotton have dropped from 12-15k to 5k, starting around the time Seekers debuted. Anyone know why? Is there now a cheaper source in the SoA areas, such as harvesting or an NPC?
