In additional to basic stat increases, additional effects from "Enhances Rice Ball" gear (or Atma of the Winged Enigma) have been reported as follows:

Attack+60 (per armor piece)
Defense+40 (per armor piece)

HQ version of the result is the "Ojo Rice Ball".
