Great mage food! They are much more efficient than cookies. wizard, wild and ginger cookies have higher +mp while resting, but this sweet lasts 60 minutes, not 3 or 5 minutes. And they stack.

Farm flytrap leaves in Carpenter Landing or buy from AH if available.
