I can't confirm, but if Midwinter Dream is like the Chocolate Crepe and White Honey, you should be able to buy it from Runje Desaali near the castle in Eastern Adoulin for Bayld when asking about Geosuke's recommendations. If true, you also won't be able to buy this from her before starting or after completing "The Arciela Directive."
