Minnow @ Marjami G-9 Waterfall works well,
also catches Gavial Fish !!! (81) and Black Ghost (88)!. Could very well be within the same skill cap range. 55 catches @ 100.3 skill and no skillups, then again at that lv. skillups are rare. Further testing needed.
