For Turnabaligi, I found a nice spot in Bhaflau Thickets. There's a wellspring at (G-7/8), if you fish off to the side, remember sneak since the leeches will link with Leech Mobs accidentally fished up.
Lures I've tried are Shrimp and Minnow, getting a fairly ok bite-rate on both (Favoring the Shrimp lure though^^). These fish do not stack and have Something caught the hook!!! in the message.
These fish will be a !!! message when they catch your line, but will also be only under the terrible feeling, you're positive, you're fairly sure, etc. messages. Because of this, and the fact that they fight MUCH harder than enemies, it shouldn't be hard for most experienced fisherman to turn down all the enemies and pull in all these fish.
