Along with Sleepshrooms and Woozyshrooms, Danceshrooms are used to spawn Mycophile, which has a chance to drop the lvl 25 rare/ex Mycophile Cuffs. The -2 enmity is rare for low level gear and has +1 int and +2 mind to go with it, just slightly edging out the Seer's set gloves.

Good incidental earning if you're farming lizard skins in Crawlers Nest... while waiting for respawn you can go a floor down and kill some Exoray's
