The easiest ways to farm this item would be to go to Valkurm Dunes or Konschtat Highlands where sheep are very plentiful.

actually the BEST place to farm this is in beadeux on broo... 2-3 rounds of pops i my friend and i got 8 stacks.. some drop 4 ata time
