Square took a Sturm's Report and a Witchstone and ground them up into a powder, and then picked up one of the millions of snow sachets that are littered in abyssea and poured the remains inside.
An interesting one, obviously replaces a witchstone no need to debate that one.
As for the magic accuracy, you'd still be better off using MND + INT for potency but if you're hurting for inventory space this is a potential solution.
