@Zeyphe, They make them use them only because Dragoon is a type of knight. Knights use swords.

It's looking like when the player absorbs the target's buff it shows as the following.

Additonal Effect: One of the Target's attributes is drained.

Lasts the whatever duration is left for the ability stolen ie if i stole blaze spikes from a random gob that had it on for 1.5mins before taking the duration I would have it for 1.5mins after stealing it.

Proc looks like the same effect as Aspir Samba and drained effects still stay on if you unequipped the sword for whatever reason.
