Drops from Frogamander in Garlaige Citadel past gate #2. Decent idle piece against mages if your pet's doing all the work.

Some jobs can solo carefully, as it hits for 200-250 and has Enparalyse. Should be an easy enough duo. Drop rate is poop, though, like all new NMs it seems.
