A great choice for lvling any job! I picked this up in my first Garrison event and have used it for every job in the game thus far! The garrison set brings a good amount of defence and vaired stat bonus' to accomodate any job. Also really cuts down on the storage space needed for those of us who love to lvl more then one job at a time.
NOTE: Its real easy to obtain these items during normal garrison events, which are not that hard to setup if you can get a good kiter.
Tbh... I'd use Power Gi over Garrison Tunica for Samurai until at least 30 if not 40. And the Power Gi can be augmented, whereas I'm pretty sure this can't be augmented.
