I thin ki have an Explination. The jobs that can equip it benefit little from it beside THF, The other jobs listed have better WS gear, (maybe not COR or DNC).
And THF outgrow this at 73 when they get Dragon Harness.
But another factor could be its difficulty to make. 80leather, Unkown Cloth, And 48(?) Alchemy. Its probably extremely hard to get a HQ off it.
That on top of the already low sell rate, crafter sare afraid even if they HQ they may not be able to sell it for quite some time.
Checking around on the servers, there seems to be a growing trend that none of these are being made anymore. Any possible reasons for it? Or am I just being impatient?
