Best WS body piece for PUP until Usukane Haramaki.

The -2 VIT is offset by the +4 STR, and this is one of the only two body pieces that PUP can wear with STR on them (not counting Usukane.)

The other body piece with STR on it, doesn't let you wear a head piece which actually gives you less STR because of the 3 STR on Voyagers Sallet (only 2 STR on the Combat Caster's Cloak.)
