Flame all you want this is honestly a nice DOT piece for nin i know artifact body can help Dual wield etc however depending on your TP biuld set up this Togi can be nice.
this is a good alternative to hauby for a TP piece because more evasion = less dead, less dead = more time alive to do DoT/gain TP.
Still WS in Haubergeon, but this isn't a terrible piece.
