The Mob attacks rather quickly, 2.5~3 Seconds per Attack, and i was lucky enough to get attacked by the Sleep TP move, Putting me to sleep for a good 40 Seconds, I woke up when the mob hit me, so it probably would have lasted longer.
However, After i stole the Doll Gizmo, Its attacks slowed to about 4~5 Seconds Inbetween, and i was lucky enough to get hit with the Sleep TP Yet again, This time, it lasted only 10 seconds, and i woke up before it even took down shadows.
Simple Answer is i could have resisted Sleep on the second time around, But its Attack speed was Definitely reduced. It gimps him.
Edit: Now used in Recipe for a Music Machine :D, So hurray, Finally.
... Do you think SE plans this? Or do they just have a dart board with unused items and just toss a dart and go... "Well, I guess we're using this Doll Gizmo for the new item we just made!".
