From an Alchemy point of view - These are better then Platinum Nuggets to make for 90+, watch them both, save your Panacea and make either as demand says you can. 10 Stacks or less is an indicator. More then that, hold. I think FFXI Auction house is loosing it's buyers/sellers these days.
